ChatGPT: A Powerful Language Model

Image
ChatGPT is a latest language model developed by OpenAI. It is based on the transformer architecture and is fine-tuned on a massive amount of conversational data. With its ability to generate human-like text, ChatGPT has been used in a variety of applications, including chatbots, language translation, and content generation. ChatGPT is able to generate text that is indistinguishable from text written by a human, and that is its one of key advantages. This is because the model is trained on a massive amount of conversational data, which includes a diverse set of human interactions. This allows ChatGPT to understand and generate text in a way that is similar to how humans do it. Another advantage of ChatGPT is its ability to perform a variety of tasks with a high level of accuracy. For example, the model can be fine-tuned to generate specific types of text, such as technical documentation or creative writing. Additionally, ChatGPT can be used to build chatbots that can have natural and

Intel introduces Core i9-13900KS

Image
Intel just announced a superpower chip, the Intel Core i9-13900K. It is the most expensive offering by Intel, which is the first desktop CPU that can deliver a speed of 6.0 GHz out of the box. Plenty of processors have reached that speed after a time interval, but this is the first CPU that can reach that speed from the factory as Intel uses the latest technological terms.  It’s a new  thing to see Intel speeding up to 6 GHz. Hopefully, we can get many more CPUs like this in the future as technology grows faster and faster. Before this, the 5 GHz barrier was a very fiercely fought one, and AMD and Intel only moved all of their processors to 5 GHz just last year. AMD technically got up to 5 GHz first, with the FX-9590 back in 2013, so there were nine years before that mark was consistently exceeded. The Intel Core i9-13900K will retail for $699.  At Newegg, it is being sold at a higher price, $729.99.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) will become more pervasive in 2023

Image
Artificial Intelligence is the intelligence that perceives, synthesizes and hypothesizes information demonstrated by machines as opposed to intelligence displayed by non-human animals and humans. For example, speech recognition, visual perception, computer vision, translation between languages and other modes of input. AI can better understand us and perform multiple tasks using this technology. Further, it will help to make better decisions and change patterns according to customer behavior by analyzing data in near real-time.    The AI market is growing and it is expected that it will grow to a $190 billion industry by 2025 with global spending on appercipient and AI systems reaching over $57 billion in 2023. With AI spreading, new jobs will be created in development, programming, testing, support and maintenance. On the other hand, AI also offers some of the highest salaries today, ranging from over $125000 to $145000 per year for an AI Architect.

The cryptocurrency market is at risk of doing business with the banks warned by the US regulators. They have issued their first-ever joint warning to banks about the risks correlated with the cryptocurrency market.  Oversight authorities have asked financial institutions to be wary of potential fraud, legal misinformation and false statements by digital asset companies. This happened just two months after the collapse of the FTX trading platform, which affected the whole cryptocurrency industry.  In a joint statement, the US central bank, the  Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and the office of Comptroller of the Currency said they are monitoring the crypto activities of banking organizations very closely.  US regulators stated in a report that the events of the past year were marked by significant volatility and exposure of amenabilities in the crypto-asset sector.  They also said that issuing or holding cryptocurrencies, which are stored on public decentralization networks, is hi

Floating Solar Farm Projects on the Sea

Image
Lack of electricity is a big issue in some countries. For example, Indonesia has more than 10000 islands in its state and it is a huge challenge to provide electricity to the whole state. In fact, millions of people are unable to access the electricity grid at all.  If solar farming on the sea is possible, then the point of thought is how its plant will work in sub-zero temperatures?  Further, it is also difficult and may be expensive too, to connect the transmission cables to solar panels, installing them and installing turbines(wind turbines).   Scientists and engineers are working on different ways to install solar panels on the surface of the ocean, to provide electricity to those who live on the nearby shore.  It is suggested that floating solar is very appropriate because solar panels can be placed above the surface of water and if you need more electricity, you can put more solar panels.  Floating solar power techniques are working already at a number of sites around the world,

Metaverse: Will virtual reality be our workplace in the future?

Image
Fifty years from now, when we think back to our time, the two-dimensional Internet we now use will probably look laughably outdated. Most likely we will not use the Internet through a screen, but our interaction with it is likely to be completely different than it is at the present time. We'll control objects using Augmented Virtual Reality (AR) technology, explore VR worlds, and mix the real with the digital in ways we can't currently imagine. But what effect does this have on the work environment? We have already begun to move away from the traditional nine in the morning and end at five in the evening work hours, and we have begun to turn our backs on the traditional office workplace. Thanks to two years of Covid lockdowns, and our newfound fondness for virtual meetings - or at least our acceptance of them. Metaverse, a virtual-reality space in which users can inter-relate with a computer-generated environment and other users. So, would the next logical step be to work ins

An electric flying boat equipped with the latest technology is ready

Image
Engineers  have developed a state-of-the-art electric flying boat named CANDELA C8 in Sweden.  This masterpiece(C8) can travel for about two and a half hours at a speed of 20 knots. Upon reaching a speed of 16 knots, the hydrofoils of the boat are activated and it rises above the water and then the boat can travel to a speed of 30 knots.  The boat manufacturing company says that reducing the friction between the boat and the water not only saves energy, but also relieves seasickness. This electric boat is 28 feet long and is made of 100 percent carbon fiber. Engineers installed an advanced computerized system in the boat, which took two years of hard work to control water waves and wind with the help of sensors to maintain the balance of the boat.  Apart from this, the boat also has its own 55 kW C-Pod electric motor which helps it to move in the water. The state-of-the-art electric boat has a seating capacity of 8 people and two beds are also installed in the forward cabin of the boa
